NZ SHLCUP Semi-final 1 (#1 v #2)
Canterbury v Central Districts, Hagley Oval, Christchurch.

Latham and Hartland both scored ducks, to leave  Canterbury  0-2.
Cairns  was  also  out cheaply, but Harris' 50 took Canterbury to
105-4. Canterbury then collapsed though, to be all out  for  151.
Alcock took 5-31, Central's second best one day performance ever.

With Central at 33-1 however the rains came, and Alcock's  figure
will  never  enter the record books, thanks to some strange Shell
Cup rules. Canterbury makes the final after being top qualifyers,
while CD has another chance against ND.
