Match Report: West Indies v Sri Lanka - Colombo

  Desmond Haynes and Brian Lara set West Indies on the way  to  a
healthy  total with a century opening stand in the one day inter-
national against Sri Lanka.
  The pair put on 128 before Lara fell to left arm spinner Sanath
Jayasuriya for 65 and Haynes had made 51 when he returned a catch
to Don Anurasiri.
  The innings went into decline with only Keith Arthurton  (50no)
on song as the tourists made 229 off their 49 overs.
