Transvaal just returned from Kenya after winning their last match
by three runs. In the above match Dean Liang smashed 109 of 80
balls and Clive Eksteen got 4/50 after previously getting 6/12
Anthony Pollock also weighed in with 73. Transvaal put up 276/4
in 50 overs The Kenyan top order started well but later the team
lost their way. Jimmy Cook (Coach/Player) commented positively
on the conditions and also said the match was one of the tightest
he had played.
Transvaal will also announce the name of their overseas player on
saturday, this time it will be final.
