Alistair Campbell was cautioned and warned as to future conduct. The conduct of New Zealand player, Adam Parore, in the same incident, was also considered. The referee's decision was to dismiss all charges against him. A further breach of the Code, involving Zimbabwe player Adam Huckle, was also considered.
