Date-stamped : 05 May97 - 06:16 Paul Johnson struck a fluent 60 and Tim Robinson 51 to lead Nottinghamshire to a six-wicket win over Sussex at Hove. Chasing a target of 161 in a match reduced to 28 overs a side because of rain, Notts registered their first Sunday League win, with seven balls to spare. Robinson and his captain, Johnson, added 96 in 13 overs and despite their departures, Graeme Archer and Chris Tolley batted coolly to see their side home. Keith Greenfield`s second successive Sunday League half- century had helped Sussex recover from a poor start to reach 160 for seven from their 28 overs.
