Date-stamped : 16 Jun97 - 10:21 There are no individual awards in the Sunday League, but if there was one, the chief claimant in the low-scoring match be- tween Som- erset (175) and Hampshire (169-6) would have been the little leg- spinner, Mushtaq Ahmed. He captured just one wicket, but he played a pivotal role in Somerset`s thrilling victory by six runs. Coming on just after Andrew Caddick had bowled an expensive over which included five wides and a no-ball, Mushtaq tied down the bats- men with Matthew Keech top-scoring with just 44. Graham Rose, with an unbeaten 37, was at the core of Somer- set`s revival. Their last four wickets put on 89 in 18 overs.
