Nottinghamshire (209-9) beat Hampshire (206-8) by 3 runs

A   four-wicket  burst  from Chris Tolley backed up by some sharp
fielding helped Nottinghamshire pull off  a  remarkable three-run
win over Hampshire at Trent Bridge.

Hampshire   appeared  to  be cruising towards the home side`s to-
tal of 206 for eight as Australian opener Matthew  Hayden  hit  a
superb  century.   But  his departure sparked a collapse in which
they lost seven wickets in 16 balls, four of them in Tolley`s fi-
nal over of the  game.
