First Division 1997 - Points Table 

Koninklijke UD win the First Division 1997 and
played a match against Gandhi (Premier League 10th place)
to decide which team will play in the Premier League
next season on 6 September.  Gandhi won.

Ajax and Asian are relegated to the Overgangsklasse.

Play-off between MOP and Olympia (winners of the Overgangsklasse)
was won by MOP who remain in the First Division.
