At Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur (8.5.99): No play possible between Malaysia and Hong Kong due to rain.

At Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur (9.5.99): Malaysia 151 in 48 overs (S Malik 5-26). Hong Kong 51-4 after 17.1 overs when rain washed out play. Hong Kong awarded the championship being the team with the most points after the round-robin segment of the competition. Rahul Sharma is named player of the tournament.
