1998-99 Season - Under 15 League
The HKCA Under 15 League ended on the 20th March 1999 with the Saracens beating HKCC to become the first ever HK Under 15 League Champions. Rishi Daryanani brought his team home with his excellent knock of 67 not out and Dheeraj Daswani, a member of the HKU13 squad, taking five wickets.

Rules
HKCA Junior Leagues

U15 and U19 Rules

1. 8-a-side, with substitutes allowed in case of injury.

2. 14 overs per innings.

3. Max 4 overs per bowler.

4. Bowling will be done from one side only.

5. 2 Runs will be added to the total of batting side in case of a wide, the ball will have to be bowled again.

6. In case of No ball runs 2 runs shall be added to the total plus runs scored off the bat, the ball will have to be bowled again.

7. The Club Representative of the batting side will be responsible for arranging umpires.

8. The batting side will be responsible to keep score.

9. Scoresheets must be faxed to the newspapers and HKCA office by 4pm on the day of the match by the winning side.
