Murray Goodwin was struck by a ``lifting ball'' from Heath Streak. He was rushed to hospital when Alex were 27-2, returned when they were 63-7 and saw them through to victory sharing an unbeaten partnership with James Armitage of 59 off 64 balls. Goodwin said that he had suffered no broken bones, but his nose was swollen and sore.
