Lara makes history as West Indies win Millenium Cup series

DHAKA, Oct 9 (AFP) - Brian Lara joined the 6,000 runs club Saturday as he led his team to a thumping 109-run victory against Bangladesh to clinch the Biman Millenium Cup.

The tourists built-up a massive 314 runs for six in the second and last of two limited-overs matches against this South Asian country. [Match Scorecard]
