Alex routed HSC by 10 wickets in a one sided affair at Harare Sports Club. A depleted Sports Club side were bundled out for a dismal 56 runs in 23.2 overs. Only three batsmen managed double figures, whilst five batsmen failed to trouble the scorers. The four bowlers used by Alex all returned flattering figures. It took the Alex opening batsmen just 55 minutes to knock off the required runs with Gilmour hitting 45 of them.
