The respective Clubs shall be responsible, to ensure the following.
12.1 Under-mentioned ESSENTIAL DETAILS are also entered, very accurately,
clearly and completely,
(a) On Score Sheets provided by the BCCSL and
(b) On their own Score books
With respect to each match, as soon as possible, preferably immediately
after the match.
(1) First and Sumame of all the eleven (I 1) players of the team declared,
even if some members of the team, may not have batted and/or bowled in
an innings, for any reason.
25(2) Total number of overs bowled in each innings.
(3) Time taken for completion of each innings (Total playing time) and
total time taken for all interruptions that are acceptable and valid,
as specified under I 0. 1. 1. I & 10. 1. 1.2.
(4) Total number of runs scored in each innings.
(5) Total number of wickets lost in each innings.
12.2 The respective Score Sheets and the Score Books tally I 00% with
those of the opponents (See Law (4. 1).
12.3 The duly completed respective Score Sheets are certified by the
Captain of the team or Cricket secretary of the Club, both, for 100% accuracy
of all entries made.
12.4 Both the officiating Umpires sign all pages of both Score Books
and score sheets, which shall be the only valid and acceptable documentary
evidence in the event of any complaint, protest or inquiry.
12.5 Duly completed Score Sheets and Captains Reports as per (12.1) are
either, hand delivered or mailed by registered post, to the Secretary
of the Tournament Committee.
12.6 Duly completed Report on the Umpires, is also forwarded simultaneously
in the same way as 12.5 above, but addressed to the Secretary of the Umpires
Committee.
If Captains Report and Score Sheets are mailed under one cover, please
enclose Captains Report addressed to the Secretary of the Umpires Committee
in a separate envelope.
12.7 All above details are vital & essential on time, for the smooth
conduct of the Tournament. Hence, (12.5) and (12.6) both, must be forwarded
by the respective officials, within three (03) working days of completion
of each match. Please see Condition (IO. 1.2, & 10.2.2.) above.
