15.1 Any disputes arising in connection with interpretation of rules and regulations or any decision taken by the EX CO of the BCCSL shall be settled in mutual and amicable consultation between BCCSL and Club l Association.

15.2 If no agreement can be reached with regard to settlement of disputes both parties will arrange a discussion by nominated representatives and both representatives sit together in order to settle dispute. If this fails Para 15.3 applies.

15.3 Should any disputes fail to be resolved to Para 15. 1 and 15.2, here above it shall be finally set forth in competent Arbitrator as agreed by both parties and any decision or verdict shall be final and conclusive.

NOTE

All PUBLIC and/or MERCANTILE HOLIDAYS, shall be considered as holidays.
