Dighe (9) didn't have a clue about how to duck underneath a bouncer, leaving his bat up like a periscope to be kissed by the ball on its way to the keeper. Javagal Srinath (0) was hit on the left hand by another thunderbolt from Fernando and had to retire-hurt. Harbhajan Singh (4) was left defenseless as Fernando ripped his castle apart. Venkatesh Prasad (0) was cleaned up by Muralitharan leaving Zaheer Khan (0) not out. India were bowled out for 187 in 95.3 overs.
