The Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 2 tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates during 8-15 April 2011 and hosted by the Emirates Cricket Board. The competition will feature six teams from UAE, Hong Kong, Bermuda, Papua New Guinea, Namibia and Uganda. Hong Kong earned its place in the Division 2 event by winning the Division 3 title in Hong Kong in January 2011.
The top four finishes in the competition will earn places in the qualifiying tournament for the next Cricket World Cup while the bottom two finishers will be demoted to Division 3.
