CRICKET: NEWS ROUND-UP  26Apr1993
 The TCCB have decided against the use of a third umpire to
 adjudicate on run out and stumping decisions using TV replays
 during England's Ashes series against Australia.  The system
 has been used in Tests overseas but they want to try it out
 in domestic matches first.
