Based on their performances in the recent Test series in England, the ICC has assigned Francis to officiate the second Test between England and Zimbabwe at Harare from December 26-30. Francis offi- ciated the England-India third Test at Trent Bridge in July. He also officiated in the Wills World Cup tournament held in India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka early this year which featured a total of 37 matches.
