Janashakthi Group trounced Airport and Aviation by 7 wickets in their MCA 'C' division cricket match concluded recently at the Mercantile Cricket grounds.
The highlight of the match was the swashbuckling hay century scored by Dinesh Schaffter.

Cricket, netball tournaments
A cricket and netball tournament will be held at the Agricultural Training School playground on August 2 at which several agricultural institutes are expected to participate under the auspices of Kundasale Centre.
Teams from Kundasale, Pelwehera, Angunukolapelessa, Karapincha, Labuduwa and Puliankulama are expected to take part in this 50-over cricket tournament.
In the meantime students from Bibile and Wariyapola will participate in the netball tournament. Winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates.
