LAHORE, Sept 11: A change has been made in schedule of the Indian cricket team's visit to Pakistan.

According to an announcement of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the first game of the three-match series between Pakistan and India would be played at the Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad on September 28 instead of the National Stadium, Karachi. However, the second match of the series would be held on September 30 at the National Stadium, Karachi. The date and venue of the third match remains unchanged. It would be held at the Qadhafi Stadium, Lahore on October 2.

A PCB spokesman said on Thursday that the change of the programme has been made after consultation with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to facilitate the travel and accommodation logistics.
