The South African spinner has taken 60 wickets so far in a rain-ruined season, following his 100-wicket haul for Lowerhouse last year.
Rishton chairman Rod Simpson said: ``We have a verbal agreement on terms and we are now having a contract drawn up.
``We are quite happy with Corrie's performances with the ball. That is what we signed him for and he has done the job for us.
``If there are any perceived weaknesses in our amateur line-up that is up to us to sort out. Our captain Russell Whalley was particularly keen for us to re-sign Corrie.''
