Campbell, who had a bruised finger, and Tuckett, an abdominal strain, missed the earlier games in which West Indies crushed India by 119 runs and lost the second match by six wickets.
Coach Roger Harper said his team played below top form in Sunday's defeat.
``India played very well; we didn't play as well as we are capable of doing. We have to try and see how we could improve on that,'' he said on the CANA SPORT radio programme yesterday.
``We didn't score enough runs and we lost our way in the middle overs. We have to work on that,'' he said.
