Bahawalpur on top of Quaid Trophy

LAHORE, Jan14: Bahawalpur Division, securing58points, tooklead over other participating teams aftercompletionof ninth round of on-going Quaid-i-Azam Cricket Trophy Grade I.

ThePakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced to start the tenth round of the contest from Jan 17 to 20 in differentcities. In an interesting match, Bahawalpur will meetsecond-placed Peshawar Division (52 points) at the Arbab Niaz Stadium. Muhammad NazirJuniorand Iftikhar Malik will be umpire of th ematch while Farrukh Zaman will be referee and Nadeem Akhtar scorer.

Programmeof other tenth round matches ofthecompetition beginning on Jan 17 (Saturday) is:

KarachiWhitesvs. Gujranwala at KCCA Stadium. Umpires: Mahboob Shah, Shakeel Khan. Scorer: Zeeshan Fazal. Referee:Niaz Ahmad.

LCCA vs. Rawalpindi at Pindi Stadium. Umpires: Javed Akhtar, Mian Muhammad Aslam. Scorer: Rashid Iqbal. Referee: Naseer Malik.

Multanvs.Islamabad at Biscuit Factory,Sahiwalground. Umpires: Muhammad Siddique Khan, Rooh-ul-Hasan. Scorer: Muhammad Atiq. Referee: Talaat Mirza.

Karachi Blues vs. Faisalabad at National Stadium.Umpires: Riazuddin,Feroze Butt. Scorer: Muhammad Ahsan.Referee:Iqbal Qasim.
