The Barbados Tourism Authority released the information at a briefing at its headquarters.
The tournament has attracted eight new teams.
Five of the eight, Aldenham School, Bedford School, Belfast Academical, Clayesmore School and Wilsons School are out of Britain. The others are El Dorado from Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts Academy and St. Lucia Schools.
Overseas entrants
The overseas entrants include joint 1996 winners Dominica Schools, 1995 winners Canford School and three-time winners Grenada School are back alongside Presentation College who have participated in the event since the 1986 inception.
The list is completed by Bryanston School, Chaguanas School, Hillview College, Tranquility School and St. Vincent Grammar School.
Defending Champions Ellerslie School will lead the local challenge which includes St. Leonards and Alleyne School.
The semi-final play-offs are slated for July 28 and the final for July 30 with the next day reserved in case of rain.
This years competition is sponsored by Scotia Bank Ltd., the Tourism Development Corporation, Banks Breweries, Sandy Lane and Pine Hill Dairy.
