Condolence for Umpire Saqib Qureshi

The Chairman, officials and members of the Pakistan Cricket Board have been grieved by the untimely death of International Umpire Saqib Qureshi. Having been an outstanding first class Umpire for many years. Saqib Qureshi won his place in the International panel of Umpires in 1988. He also conducted an umpires training course at Karachi recently on behalf of PCB. Dr. Saqib Qureshi was a very popular figure both on and off the field and will be missed by his fellow umpires and the whole cricket fraternity alike.

May God provide him a place in the heaven and give his family and friends the strength to bear the loss with courage and fortitude.
