Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has made a quick response to their new skipper Aminul Islam's demand and sent veteran left-arm spinner Enamul Haque to Kathmandu yesterday. He will join the national team there which is now taking part in the Pepsi second Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Trophy tournament.

Aminul, who is on his first mission as captain, asked for an additional spinner on Thursday after their match against the Maldives.

Enamul, who played an instrumental role in Bangladesh's triumph in the first ACC Trophy in Malaysia two years back, will replace right-arm medium pacer Mushfiqur Rahman who has high temperature and the team doctor has already ruled him out for the remaining matches of the tournament.

Meanwhile, Syed Ashraful Huq, general secretary of BCB, will also fly to Kathmandu tomorrow to attend an executive committee meeting of the ACC which will be held day after tomorrow. Ashraful will return on the same day after the meeting.
