Healy's dismissals have been taken in a Test career which began, also in Pakistan, on 15 September 1988 at National Stadium, Karachi. Rameez Raja was his first victim. Healy has appeared in 104 Tests since his debut, missing only one during that time.
While Healy now holds the world record for total dismissals, he still needs 12 catches to equal Marsh's world record of 341. His 25 stumpings are fifth on that all-time list (Bert Oldfield first with 52), and realistically he will probably only gain one more place on this list when he catches Wasim Bari (27).
Healy's ratio of 3.43 dismissals per Test ranks eleventh among keepers with 50 or more career dismissals. Marsh averaged 3.70 per Test while the leader on this table is the West Indies' Courtney Browne (4.62 in 13 Tests).
