However, frustration of many were over when they found abundant tickets in black market around the Bangabandhu stadium Saturday morning.
Hundreds of people also waited until the start of the second innings as the prices of ticket in black market around the stadium was falling every minute. Saturday's match was witnessed by more than 15,000 people at the 40,000-capacity stadium.
Eastern gallery tickets of Tk 120 were even sold at Tk 40-50 when the black- marketeers realised they had goofed by hoarding tickets of the opening match between Zimbabwe and New Zealand.
``We will be loser in today's match but hope finally profit will come in next few days,'' said a ticket seller in black market, who stocked several hundred tickets.
