Imran on his nomination on ICC panel 9 December 1999
Karachi, Dec 8: Former Pakistan captain Imran Khan on Wednesday said he has neither accepted nor rejected Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) request to represent the country in the International Cricket Council (ICC). Imran on Tuesday was named to replace Javed Burki in the ICC technical committee on illegal deliveries. Talking to newsmen, Imran said it was a time consuming job "and presently, I am busy upto my neck." Imran, however, said if the board wants his assistance, he was always available. "I am ready to serve the country in whatever capacity I can," he said. "I can assist them in bits and pieces," he asserted.
