Australian Cricket Board Chief Executive Officer Malcolm Speed today announced the semi-final match-ups had been determined for the Mercantile Mutual Cup competition.

This weekend's matches will be played as follows:

• Sat Feb 20 Victorian Bushrangers v Southern Redbacks at the MCG
• Sun Feb 21 New South Wales Blues v Queensland Bulls at the SCG.

Mr Speed said both matches would be played as day games and each match has a reserve day in place, in case of inclement weather.

The Mercantile Mutual Cup final on Sunday February 28 will be hosted by the side that finished in the highest position at the end of the six-round qualifying series.
