KARACHI, Jan 3: Ali Sibtain Fazli, legal advisor of the PCB, said it was not necessary that judicial commission's recommendations would be implemented immediately. ``Supposedly, if the judicial commission recommends ban on a certain players, it is not necessary that the ban is clamped on them during the Indian tour.

``The recommendations can be implemented after the team returns. But it would be entirely upto President Rafiq Tarar when he wants the recommendations to be executed.''

He said he had briefed the executive council in detail. ``I had told them that there were five evidences against Wasim Akram and 12 against Salim Malik. I had also told them that they had the probe committee report before them.

A councillor, requesting anonymity, when asked if Akram had to be appointed captain now why he was not given the charge before the start of the season, he said: ``When Aamir Sohail was appointed captain, it was being expected that the judicial commission's report would be released within a month or two.

``The report hasn't been submitted yet. So the council decided to appoint Akram as captain.''
