Erik and Niroshan bag six wickets apiece

Erik Upashantha and Niroshan Bandaratilake took six wickets apiece for Colts and Tamil Union respectively in their Premier championship match played at Havelock Park over the weekend.

Fast bowler Upashantha followed his season's best figures of 8/75 against CCC, by taking 6 for 79 to bowl out Tamil Union for 229 in the first innings.

Left-arm spinner Bandaratilake took 6 for 82 in Colts' total of 401. Colts won the contest on the first innings.
