Chairman PCB holds meetings with players after World Cup'1999

Islamabad: Mujeebur Rehman Khan, the Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Ad-hoc Committee, asked World Cup team players to follow the strict code of conduct and disciplinary line, if they want to serve the nation in true spirit.
The Chairman, on Monday, met 12 players who represented the country in recent Would Cup. The meeting was the part of Mujeeb's efforts to streamline the game on right footing and to build players confidence.
All players called on him individually and had a lengthy discussion with him regarding their performance in the World Cup, their future engagements and their family commitments.
He asked players to prepare themselves to give their hundred percent for country's cricket. Players were told their every activity should be a role model for youngsters in the country. He asked players to concentrate maximum on the game and leave the rest including financial matters to him.
Those who called on the chairman are Saeed Anwar, Waqar Younis, Moin Khan, Azhar Mahmood, Shoaib Akhtar, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Abdur Razzaq, Shahid Afridi, Yousaf Youhana, Mushtaq Ahmad, Wajahatullah Wasti and Saleem Malik.
