As the commentator announced the victory of the Bengal tigers capital Dhaka turned into a mini carnival with crackers exploding and men and women, old and young took to the streets cheering and singing . Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina greeted the team for the grand success and ordered holiday Tuesday to mark the occasion. Shakeel Anwar, a commentator for English daily The Independent responding to the just won victory for Bangladesh said `` this is a great moment for the country which till the other day was not considered seriously for quality cricket. Todays victory has proved that Bangladesh has come of age.
