As is the general assumption, the poor batting of the Indians against the strong Pakistani bowling attack is usually the main cause of the Indian debacles. Well, how correct is it?

In order to validate this claim, let us look into the present Indian team's run slabs against Pakistan in LOI matches. The following table shows the details. As can be seen, Tendulkar has scored less than 10 runs against Pakistan 13 times, Azhar 18 times, Dravid 9 times, Jadeja 10 times and Ganguly thrice.
