PCB ad hoc body on clubs scrutiny 12 November 1999
Lahore, Nov 11: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ad hoc committee has not reviewed the decision regarding scrutiny of clubs throughout the country. A PCB spokesman said on Thursday that the process of scrutiny will continue as planned. The scrutiny committee had been directed to expedite the process and finalise its report so that fresh elections of all the associations could be held as early as possible, the spokesman said. ISLAMABAD, Nov 11: A four-member Pakistan junior selection committee, headed by Agha Zahid, was appointed by the chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Ad hoc Committee Dr Zafar Altaf on Thursday. The junior committee led by Lahore-based Agha Zahid, includes Rashid Khan (Karachi), Arshed Pervaiz (Bata) from Sargodha and Farrukh Zaman from Peshawar. The first assignment for the selection committee will be the selection of a 14-member Pakistan team for participation in World Youth Cup One-Day Tournament to be held in Sri Lanka in January 2000
