Karachi, Nov 29: The Pakistan cricket team returns from the tour of Australia on Wednesday, officials announced on Monday. The team will land in Lahore after completing the four-week first leg of the Australian tour.

For the second leg, the team will depart in the first week of January to play in the three-nation Calton and United one-day series which begins on Jan 9.

In the first leg of the Australian tour, Pakistan suffered four defeats in first-class matches - including a white-wash in the three-Test series. Their only success on a dismal tour was against Western Australia which Pakistan won by an innings
