PCB accepts Wasim Raja's resignation PCB - 4 October 1999
The Pakistan Cricket Board following a request from the Coach of the team Wasim Raja, has accepted to relieve him of his assignment at the PCB.
Wasim Raja recently returned from Toronto with the team after a successful series (3-0) win against West Indies. He now wants to attend to his professional duties as a teacher of Geography at a school in England and had requested the PCB to consider accepting is resignation after the ensuing Sharjah series.
