* Kolambkar to lead Goa in Dowlah tourney Stylish left handed batsman Vivek Kolambkar will lead the Goa Cricket Association team which will take part in the Moin-Ud-Dowlah Gold Cup invitational cricket tournament to be played in Hyderabad from September 2 to 14. The team: Vivek Kolambkar (capt), Yeshwant Barde, Manish Bangera (wicketkeeper), Kiran Powar, Rohit Rane, Amit Veloskar, Sayed Khalid, Nitin Kalekar, Avinash Avare, Kapil Angle, Nilesh Naik, Balakrishna Misquin, Shadab Jakati, Shailesh Misquin and Sagun Kamat. Reserves: Damodar Redkar, Sandeep Signapurkar, Paresh Misquin and Anand Mhapankar. Coach: K Jayantilal. * Parmer stays as director of coaches in Bengal Last year's Bengal Ranji Trophy coach Palash Nandy and physical trainer Satinder Singh will be the coach and physical trainer of the Under-16 Bengal team for the 2001-2002 season. For the Under-19 team, former Indian player Barun Barman will be assisted by Rajesh Dani. Last year's Bengal Under-16 coach Raju Mukherjee will be in charge of the Under-14 Bengal team along with Sourav Bose. Last year's Bengal Under-16 assistant coach Dattatreya Mukherjee will assist Karsan Ghavri for the Bengal Ranji Trophy team. MP Parmer will stay on as the Director of coaches. Director of coaches: MP Parmer. * BCA renamed as CAB The Bihar Cricket Association was renamed as Cricket Association of Bihar at the annual general meeting of the BCA in Jamshedpur on Sunday. The new name was approved by members of the BCA and Cricket Association of Jharkhand after adopting the yearly report in the annual general meeting. The RJD president, Laloo Prosad Yadav, who was elected president of the BCA, would continue as president of the CAB and Ajoy Sharma as its general secretary. © CricInfo
