26 July 2001

The Indian cricket selectors would meet in Mumbai on August 2 to pick the Test squad for the three Test matches against Sri Lanka from August 14.

The Indian Cricket Board executive secretary, Sharad Diwadkar, told PTI in Mumbai on Thursday that four to five changes are likely from the squad which is playing in the on-going triangular series with New Zealand as the third team.

The three Test matches would be played at Galle (from August 14 to 18), Kandy (from August 22-26) and at the SSC in Colombo (from August 29 to September 2).
