Anderson Cummins
Wisden CricInfo staff - July 6, 2001
Wisden overview A potentially good allrounder, Anderson Cummins was a solid and aggressive
lower-order batsman with a touch of flamboyance. But his medium-fast bowling was often pitched a yard too short to render him a genuinely effective Test bowler. A trainee bank manager before making the West Indian team, Cummins applied intelligence and confidence to his cricket. He was a bemused onlooker in April 1992 when Barbadians boycotted the first Test between South Africa and the West Indies at Kensington Oval, partly in protest at his omission from the team.
