The junior selection committee has named a 15-man Pakistan 'A' team for next month's tour to United Arab Emirates (UAE). The team will leave on January 14 and will return on January 25. During the tour, it will play two two-day matches and three one-day games at Dubai and Sharjah against the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) team.

Squad:

Salman Butt (NBP), Shadab Kabir (Customs), Imran Farhat (HBL), Naved Latif (ABL), Farhan Adil (HBL), Saeed Bin Nasir (KRL), Rana Naved-ul-Hasan (Wapda), Yasir Arafat (KRL), Shoaib Malik (PIA), Umar Gul (PIA), Abdur Rauf (Customs), Najaf Shah (PIA), Junaid Zia (Rawalpindi), Danish Kaneria (HBL) and Atiq-uz-Zaman (HBL) (wicketkeeper).

The captain and vice-captain of the team will be announced later on.

Itinerary:

January 14 - arrival in Dubai
January 16-17 - Two-day game
January 19-20 - Two-day game
January 21 - First one-day game
January 23 - Second one-day game
January 24 - Third one-day game
January 25 - Departure to Lahore
