The State Canterbury Magicians start the State League with the first match against the State Wellington Blaze on Saturday 5th January at the Village Green, QEII Park beginning at 11am. This match will be followed up by a second match against Wellington on Sunday starting at 10.30am.

The State Magicians will then play a double-header against the State Central Hinds on Monday and Tuesday, both games to be played at the Village Green, QEII Park.

In round three, the State Canterbury Magicians have away matches in Auckland and Hamilton taking on the State Auckland Hearts side on Saturday 12th January and Sunday 13th January, followed by the State Northern Spirit on Monday 14th January and Tuesday 15th January.

The final round robin games are against the State Otago Sparks on Saturday 26th January and Sunday 27th January in Oamaru.
