Chairman PCB, Lt. General Tauqir Zia, has congratulated the members of Pakistan Cricket Team on convincingly winning the Test series against Bangladesh. In a message sent to the Manager of Pakistan Cricket Team, Mr. Yawar Saeed, he said:

"Both on my personal behalf and on behalf of all employees of PCB please convey our felicitation to Captain Waqar Younis and all members of the Pakistan Team, on their fine performance. Also our appreciation of noteworthy achievements of Waqar Younis, Yousuf Youhana, Danish Kaneria, Shoaib Akhtar, Saqlain Mushtaq, Abdur Razzaq, Younis Khan and Rashid Latif during the series. Hope the members of the team will keep up the same spirit during the ODI matches."
