Shahid Aslam has been nominated from Pakistan by the PCB, to attend the International Coaches Conference in Sri Lanka. He is one of the most qualified coaches in Pakistan, who has qualified Level III and Level II Staff Coach Training Course from PCB.

The aim of the conference is to bring together some of the best cricket coaches in the world, to educate and enlighten cricket Coaches, and Administrators of all levels on the technological advancements in world cricket in order to keep abreast with the challenging demands of International Professional cricket.

The International Coaches' Conference will be held at the Ceylon Continental Hotel, Colombo on 25th & 26th September 2002.
