1996 World Cup Profile:

Steven Tikolo is probably the best player in the Kenyan team and is currently playing first class cricket for Border in South Africa (he also played for Swansea in Welsh cricket league). Likely to bat at 3, and will be expected to make runs if Kenya are to perform respectably. Still only in his early twenties, he has had an astounding career in domestic cricket, scoring 1959 runs in 18 innings in 1994. His highest score was 224 off only 108 balls. He averaged 49 in the ICC trophy, with a highest score of 95 against Holland. A useful off-spin bowler, and an excellent fielder. Thanks :: Dipesh I.
