Air New Zealand

1. Entrants to the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition must be must be users of CricInfo.com aged 18 or over. Employees and immediate family members of CricInfo Limited, Air New Zealand and associated companies, partners, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part.

2. The CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition will commence on 28th November 2000. Entry to the competition is made by the entrant providing the correct answer to the anagram found at the following url - http://wwc2000.cricinfo.com. Entries to the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition must be received by 20:00 GMT on 22nd December.

3. The winner of the prize will be the user who has submitted the correct answer to the anagram received by the closing date. In the case of more than one correct answer, the winner will be the person who, in the opinion of the judges, has provided the most apt answer to the tie-breaker. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. The decision of the judges is final.

4. The prize is either a return flight for two people with Air New Zealand from an Air New Zealand flight destination to the UK at the time of the Ashes series in 2001 or a return flight for two people to New Zealand to follow the English men's team in the 2001-2002 New Zealand season. Flights must be from a country served by an Air New Zealand service. There is no direct cash alternative to the prize, and no connecting flights, accommodation or match tickets are included.

5. The winner will be announced during the final of the CricInfo Women's World Cup via live audio broadcast on wwc2000.cricinfo.com. They will be notified by email no later than midday on 23rd December 2000 and will be required to complete and return a form by fax or email to confirm their eligibility to participate in the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition within 1 day of notification that they have won. If the winner fails to return the form within the time stated or is found to be ineligible for any reason a further winner will be selected. The winners' names will be available on request from the Marketing Department at CricInfo at the address given below.

6. CricInfo Limited does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

7. No purchase is necessary to enter the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition. Details given on entry to CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition will only be used in accordance with the data protection clause on the entry form.

8. By entering the CricInfo/Air New Zealand competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
