STATISTICS on Shaun Udal On these pages is a statistical survey on Shaun Udal, click on the links and see how Shaggy has performed for Hampshire and a few other teams throughout his career. I would on these pages like to pay tribute to Shaggy myself. This young red-head joined Hampshire in 1988, I had already been with Hampshire as scorer and statistician for 13 years, and had seen some players come and make it and other come and go. As a confident young man, I could tell that if determination was anything to go by he would be of the former category. The statistics on these pages speak for themselves, but one thing the statistics do not show is the true grit, and his personality. No matter the highs and lows of the clubs fortunes over the 14 years he has been with us, he has remained very cheerful, and is certainly one of my favorite cricketers I have had the pleasure to serve.
