The game gets underway 3.30pm and the 1999 World Cup trophy will also be on show at the ground. It's the first time Kent have ever played a game under floodlights and new captain Matthew Fleming is the only player in the side with experience of day/night cricket at 'professional' level. Speaking on BBC Radio Kent this morning, opening batsman Trevor Ward said that the team were generally looking forward to the match: "The only thing that worries us is how cold its going to be when the sun goes down.... but we're looking forward to it. I just hope the weather's kind to us." Dean Headley and Robert Key are rested from the team after their recent international exploits, along with Mark Ealham who takes part in next week's one-day tournament with England, India and Pakistan in Sharjah. Alan Wells is also ommitted - leaving the following squad: Ward, Smith, Fulton, Walker, Fleming, Marsh, House, Thomspon, McCague, Phillips, Scott and Ford.
